We will schedule an initial call to kick off our planning process. We'll spend some time getting to learn about one another as we kick off our partnership and then we will dive into a few of the following topics:

The fun part! Depending upon your trip needs, we will collaborate on the perfect itinerary for your trip, based on your timeframe, priorities, and budget.
Once the proposal is approved, we'll make all necessary reservations. You’ll receive all confirmations along with a complete digital itinerary

We’ll fine-tune the remaining details of your trip including travel insurance, dining reservations, and spa treatments. Together, we'll ensure every aspect of your journey is carefully crafted to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
7-10 days prior to your departure, you will receive a final digital itinerary to take with you on your travels.

Your trip is finally here and now you can relax and enjoy knowing we have taken care of every detail. We’re available during your trip for any last minute questions or unforeseen issues.

No, it doesn’t! Samantha Rose Travel is compensated directly by our travel partners, so you pay the same rate whether booking directly or through us.
Currently, we do not charge planning fees for our Fully Customized Itinerary service. We only ask that, once we reach the proposal stage, you are committed to moving forward with booking to honor our partnership and the time invested in creating your personalized experience.

If you’re interested in flight booking assistance, our SmartFlyer Air Team offers personalized support for a $100 per person fee. We provide expert guidance to help you select the most convenient and comfortable flights, and include 24/7 client support to handle any changes or cancellations—so you can say goodbye to endless hold times and airline frustration.

Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to book flights, hotels or touring using miles or points. If you would like to book using miles, we suggest you handle booking flights on your own to free up budget for the rest of the trip.
We can however, attach any loyalty numbers to your flight tickets or hotel bookings when possible so that you still accrue points.
